Refund requests within 7 days of enrollment

25% Completion Limit

Course not accessed beyond 25%

Refunds to original payment method

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a workshop or course from Scryxellthepan, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. Include your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses or workshops accessed beyond 25% completion
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after enrollment
  • Certificates or digital materials already issued
  • Special promotional or discounted enrollments (as specified at time of purchase)

Processing Time

Approved refunds from Scryxellthepan are typically processed within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

Course Transfers

In some cases, Scryxellthepan may offer course transfers instead of refunds. If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, contact us to discuss transfer options to a future session.

Cancellation by Scryxellthepan

If Scryxellthepan cancels a workshop or course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session. We will notify affected students as soon as possible.
